Welcome to Nikky Godfrey Pilates

Pilates is the ultimate mind-body workout. Working to strengthen and lengthen the body, Pilates gives you a more toned and flexible physique, as well as allowing you the opportunity to relax and focus purely on yourself.

Pilates challenges the fit, yet is gentle enough to support rehabilitation work, and help special conditions such as pregnancy and osteoporosis.

Nikky provides classes in Romsey and private lessons can be arranged either in the comfort of your own home or in the studio.

With regular sessions, you gain a valuable insight into how your body works. Pilates teaches balance and control of the body – which spills over into other areas of life.
